And on the Seventh day, God made….. I had all the desire to match that analogy with an equally poignant statement of my actions on the seventh day of 100k4k, but unfortunately there are few parallels (none actually). Day 7 is Day 6. Same old shit, just a different day. The dip persists and the thankful small gust of energy allows for a humble 6k.
I am now moving in jagged fashion in terms of mileage, which might somewhat be a violation of the task I set for myself at the beginning of this challenge but I figure that in one way or another it is all the same, because after 7 days, I have logged in 73km. So I am on track and I am proud of that.
They can’t dull my shine. (‘They’ whoever ‘they’ are don’t really exist it is just seems reasonable to create imaginary detractors to deepen legitimacy, the absurdity of it aside)
End of Day 7
